Welcome to the Jefferson County Commission Vendor Self Service (VSS) Portal!

Before you begin the REGISTRATION process, please note, the following items are REQUIRED to successfully complete the NEW Vendor registration process:

  • W-9 (signed and dated within 24 months of today's date, preferably the current year)
  • DUNS# (if you don't have a DUNS#, please complete the VSS registration process and apply here for a DUNS# at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform. Once you receive your DUNS#, update your vendor profile and enter your DUNS# in VSS)
  • Valid Email Address (on the General Registration page, enter the email address where you want correspondences to be emailed-> suggestion: enter a generic email account vs a specific person email address that can change-> enter specific person email address on the Contact page)
  • Commodity Codes (are VERY important and trigger the bid notification process)


  • To REGISTER, click "Vendor Self Service" to the right and then select "Registration" from the right menu options

    To UPDATE your existing vendor file go to http://paca.jccal.org and select:

    LOGIN (EXISTING VENDORS) or LOOKUP VENDOR NUMBER enter requested information, review data and then click red Proceed to the Munis Self Service login page
